The 11th Annual CAPE New Writers Awards kicked off with refreshments, networking, and great conversation. The main event was an award presentation of a $4,000 check and copy of Final Draft to each of this year’s winners, Robin Weckerly (ANGRY ANYMORE) and Frederick Kim (SLEEPERS). Congratulations to the both of you!
Following the award presentation was a wonderfully entertaining reading of last year’s winners, Jaffar Mahmood (HOW TO THROW A PARTY IN PAKISTAN) and Randall Park (THE ERASISTS).
