YOMYOMF Launches INTERNET ICON with Ryan Higa

The YOMYOMF Network, in partnership with Andy Fickman’s Oops Doughnuts and Bobby Smith Jr.’s Ashore Entertainment, is searching for the next “Internet Icon.”

CAPE Gala Honoree and YouTube sensation Ryan Higa will judge alongside Christine Lakin. The show will be hosted by YTF member Chester See, as contestants compete in a series of creativity and filmmaking challenges in an effort to become the next big internet star.

The YOMYOMF Network springs from YouOffendMeYouOffendMyFamily.com (YOMYOMF), an Asian American pop culture blog founded in 2009 by Justin Lin, whose directing credits include Universal’s FAST & FURIOUS and episodes of the NBC comedy COMMUNITY. The network is founded by entertainment, technology, and web video veterans including Justin Lin, Ryan Higa, Kevin Wu, Abdul Khan, Philip W. Chung, Cash Warren, NBA Star Baron Davis, and Chester See.

Contest starts Wednesday, March 28th.  Deadline for submissions is April 8 at 11:59PM PST.
