Eric Kim is currently Vice President of Current Programs at CBS Television. He oversees all phases of production on new drama series LIMITLESS, based on the film of the same name, new comedy LIFE IN PIECES, BLUE BLOODS starring Tom Selleck and Donnie Wahlberg, and CSI CYBER starring Patricia Arquette and Ted Danson.
Prior to CBS, Kim was Vice President of Programming at The CW Television Network and part of the creative team that launched the new network. Kim also worked at children’s network Nickelodeon as Executive in Charge of Production for Live Action Series. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature, Kim got his start in the entertainment industry working for Oscar Award winning director Jonathan Demme’s production company in New York. He made his transition to television when he moved to Los Angeles, serving as Vice President of Programming at UPN, working on such shows as “Star Trek” and “Roswell”.
Kim also currently sits on the board of Colour Entertainment, an organization and network of over 200 diverse executives from the broadcast and cable networks as well as studios and production companies in both film and television.
