The CAPE Executives Fellowship (formerly the CAPE Leaders Fellowship) is an incubator to equip the next generation of creative executives with the skills and professional network to break into the VP ranks.
Co-chaired by Albert Cheng (Head of AI Studios, Amazon MGM Studios), Naia Cucukov (Co-Founder, Working Barn Entertainment) and Peter Cayetano McHugh (Manager + Partner, Gotham Group), the Fellowship features masterclasses, workshops, and intimate sessions with high-level executives to train participants in the art of communication, leadership, pitching, and other skills.
The Fellowship also includes an Event Series featuring programming for the larger creative executives community.

ELIGIBILITY TERMS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants should be consistent with CAPE’s mission to champion diversity by educating, connecting, and empowering Asian American and Pacific Islander artists and leaders in entertainment and media.
Applicants must be 21 years or older.
Applicants must have a minimum of one year of experience in the entertainment industry at the manager or director level (or job equivalent at respective company). Scripted development and current programming fields are strongly preferred.
All finalists agree to participate in all sessions and events, which will be conducted this year in Los Angeles in October and November. Transportation and lodging costs will not be covered. Transportation and lodging costs will not be covered.
