The CAPE Leaders Fellowship is an incubator to equip the next generation of creative executives with the skills and professional network to break into the VP ranks.
Co-chaired by Albert Cheng (Vice President, Amazon Prime Video U.S.), Naia Cucukov (Co-Founder, Working Barn Entertainment) and Peter J McHugh (Manager, Gotham Group), the Fellowship features masterclasses, workshops, and intimate sessions with high-level executives to train participants in the art of communication, leadership, pitching, and other skills.

Eligibility Terms and Requirements:
Applicants should be consistent with CAPE’s mission to champion diversity by educating, connecting, and empowering Asian American and Pacific Islander artists and leaders in entertainment and media.
Applicants must be 21 years or older.
Applicants must have a minimum of one year experience in the entertainment industry at the manager or director level (or job equivalent at respective company). Development, current, and production fields are strongly preferred.
All finalists agree to participate in all sessions and meetings, which will be conducted two weekday evenings per week in August and September 2025, both in-person in Los Angeles and virtually.
